Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

Chia seeds are everywhere in the media these days, and with good reason!  They are tiny superstars!  Not only are they high in protein, but they’re  rich in Omega 3 Fatty Acids & ALA, and a great source of Fiber.  When added to liquid, they actually swell up and absorb that liquid.  This pudding is SO yummy, and SO good for you!


  • 1 cup Organic Whole Milk
  • 4 Tb Chia seeds
  • 1 Tb cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1 tsp Stevia


Mix together, cover and chill overnight.  I love to top this with a dollop of Fresh Organic Whipped Cream!
