The Importance of Healthy PH Levels

Start every morning off with a glass of warm water and ½ of a lemon!  Why?  It’s a great way to keep your PH levels balanced.  Why is that important?  What is PH?  Well, if you want to avoid Cancer, you need to find out.

The human body is either Acidic or Alkaline.  Experts agree that normal PH levels should be between 7.2-7.5. Cancer thrives in an acidic environment, but cannot survive in an Alkaline one.  If you have cancer, it’s likely that you are too acidic. Most cancer patients are between 5.0-5.5.  At 4.5, you die. It’s VERY important to understand and test your PH levels.

There’s a very simple way to test it and I do it every morning.  You will need pHydrion paper, to test your saliva.


  1. Tear off a small piece of paper.
  2. Place it on your tongue for 10 seconds, first thing in the morning before you eat or drink anything, or brush your teeth and use the guide to check your levels!

If you’re low on the scale, fear not.  There are easy ways to raise it.  Eating a more Alkaline diet will raise your body’s PH and help oxygenate the blood. So what does that look like?  Just what your Momma told you:  Eat Your Veggies!  Especially your Greens!  This is the simplest, most effective way to raise your PH levels.  Lemons (even though they are acidic) will cause an alkaline reaction as well.
